RealMeal shows honest low / mid / high ranges, not exact figures. The estimates are informational and depend on the details you provide. Always use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional for medical or clinical nutrition needs.

Provide accurate information, use the app lawfully, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. You're responsible for the content you log.
